"Just a spoon full of sugar...." Mary Poppins was adorable! The music was fantastic and the special effects were great. Derek again, decided to stay in character for the picture.
Although it was quite chilly, we bundled up and took a carriage ride through Central Park. We even got to feed the horse carrots after our ride.
We made a stop at Grand Central Station to see all of the chaos. It's amazing how many subways and trains leave this station every day. There were soo many interesting people walking around. One such homeless person jumped out at me and scared me so much it nearly made me cry. Not so funny at the time, but we can laugh about it now. It made me understand why most New Yorkers walk around with their heads down!
